Terms of Service

TinyWeb is a personal start-page and widget dashboard. Some widgets connect to third-party services (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Twitch) at your request. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with the third-party providers' terms when you connect their services.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service.
• Abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the link-shortening or any feature to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or illegal content.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

You keep ownership of the content you create in TinyWeb. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you and operate the Service. You're responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Where required by law, you may have a right to withdraw within a cooling-off period. Taxes may apply based on your location.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; for material changes we'll update the date above and notify you in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data or content provided by third-party services you connect. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
